The Opportunity
You will be joining an established team and be responsible for recruitment activities of current and future project initiatives that the business undertakes. This will involve working closely with delivery focused individuals who are committed to exceeding customer expectations as well as supporting and mentoring e&e's consulting teams.
Responsibilities:
Conduct short listing and screening of ICT professionals.
Networking and establishing strong relationships internally and externally.
Various recruitment administration activities.
To be considered for this role you will need the following;
Highly customer focused individual that enjoys developing new and existing working relationships.
Proven experience managing high levels of resource demands within a project environment.
Previous experience recruiting ICT professionals.
The ability to take a proactive approach to resource management.
A self-motivated individual that enjoys working in a collaborative and delivery focused environment.
Exceptional communication skills.
Efficient and high attention to detail.
Able to plan and prioritise, including multi-tasking.
Team player who takes initiative and ownership.
Good systems knowledge - Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
