Job Title: IT Support Employment type: Full-time

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Job Purpose:

The job purpose of an IT Support professional is to provide technical assistance and support to end users in resolving their computer hardware, software, and network issues. The primary objective is to ensure that technology systems are functioning effectively, and users can maximize their productivity with minimal disruption.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide technical assistance and support to end users

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues

Track and manage user requests and incidents

Document procedures and maintain a knowledge base

Perform routine system maintenance and updates

Conduct user training and provide guidance on best practices

Manage hardware and software inventory

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends

Educational Qualification Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

Skills & Professional Requirements:

Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft server OS and knowledge of network management and data backup/recovery

Experience Requirements:

Prior experience in an IT support role desirable but not required

Attributes and Behaviour:

Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to explain complex information in clear, simple terms to a non-IT personnel

Monthly salary:

As per the collective agreement of the Information & Consulting, a monthly gross salary starts at € 2.179,18 . Your actual offer depends on your skills and experience.
